To launch their whisky… BB needed a down to earth campaign that reflected their brand.

Not every project needs six figures to look incredible. As long as everyone has the right technical background… and the right attitude… a small team can be used to great effect.

For BB, it started by building a close rapport with the A-List talent, who also happened to be the clients. Working very closely together we developed a comfortable, but highly nimble footprint capable of getting in and out of very “difficult” off-grid locations.

While a classic crew size might not be able to reach them, each location offered a combination of comfortable setting suitable to talent needs and performances, and backdrops that lent their own personality to the cinematography.

Ultimately the end product benefited from the small team size, and the visual backdrops created majestic effects on screen.

On set, the team behind the creative, also filled all the technical positions, with the director behind the camera, and the lighting and sound team responsible for script notes, media management… and ultimately post production.

The end result was an extremely rapid post process, where the project delivered and aired within the same week as the shoot… and there still was ample time for client review.

Again, the strategy is only possible when true good will is cultivated… from creative inception… to client services… every member of the team working towards a common goal.
